Polish brand Inglot has finally launched in Pakistan. It first opened its doors to Karachi and its second stop was in Lahore, while the 3rd is scheduled to be in Multan. The official launch of Inglot was held on 8th October 2015 at the Nishat Hotel in Lahore. I was super excited about the launch, firstly because I am a makeup addict (duh) and secondly because, it is amazing when such internationally acclaimed brands open in Pakistan.

The venue of the launch and the official Inglot store was abuzz with activity when I arrived and the ladies were checking out all the makeup on display. Different cameramen were covering the event and interviewing the guests and the team behind the launch, including Mrs Mansha. The official Inglot artists were doing makeup on the women who wanted a makeover, while the sales ladies were helping the others choose the makeup that will suit them. The head makeup artist from Poland was also present at the event and was giving makeover to everyone who wanted one. The team behind the launch of Inglot was extremely sweet and accommodating and they were doing their best to ensure a smooth sailing. The Inglot makeup was set lavishly on display and the lighting of the area was brilliant and allowed us to view the makeup properly, especially on our skin, so thumbs up to the team for that. For once the sales girls were not clingy and the actually knew about the shades, and helped us to match the products to our skin tones., This was a pleasant change from the ones who keep trying to sell us useless products as well as foundations which are atleast 2 shades lighter than our skin tones so that we can look "
gora". God I hate that term.
Foundations, concealers, eyeliners, eyeshadows, lipsticks, nail polishes, makeup bags and tools were all available and the entire range of the brand has been bought to Pakistan which is also something very positive since a lot of the brands have only specific products which come to Pakistan. Moreover, the pricing greatly impressed me as nothing was over-priced.

I bought the world famous Gel Eyeliner in #77 and the Cream Concealer. I haven't tried the eyeliner as yet but I am loving the concealer. Detailed reviews will be coming up soon. Stay tuned for those.

Overall, the event was superb and I am extremely thankful to Nishat Group for bringing a world class brand to Pakistan. I hope that this is a stepping stone and more brands will come to Pakistan as there is a great market here.
