The packaging of the blushes is simple and nothing too glamorous or fancy. They are contained in small, round, grey pots with a transparent lid so you can easily see what color is inside the pot. On the bottom of the pot is a grey sticker with the product details written on it. Since, I bought Peach Melba a year back, it has 5 grams of product in it, while the Pomegranate one, which is a new addition in the line, has 6 grams of product of it.
The colors are highly pigmented, and you do not require too much of product to add the perfect "pop of color". Just one swirl of the brush in the pan can be used to lightly color the cheeks. The texture of the product is slightly powdery and fall out can be observed. However, it is not chalky. The lasting power of these blushes vary between 2 hours on a plain face, without foundation, and about 5-6 hours with prep.
Peach Melba is a peach-pink color. Luscious describes the blush as matte but tiny golden specks can be seen. These golden specks are hardly visible in the pan and they don't show up too much on the cheek either. It can be used lightly in the morning for a soft glow and at night, the color can be built up for a more dramatic look.
Pomegranate is a deep berry color. I love the intensity of the color. It is insanely pigmented and it needs to be blended properly, otherwise it will look as if someone just slapped you hard. The blush is entirely matte, one of the reasons why I love it so much.
One the whole, I love Luscious blushes and would definitely recommend them to everyone. The colors are such, that they would suit all skin tones. And with a price tag of PKR 675, they won't put a big dent on your pocket.
